Susan’s advice and legwork helped us narrow our search before we traveled to Kansas to actually visit a house.
As it turned out, we did not really want what we thought we did. None of the homes we had selected to visit “felt right” and our house hunting trip to Kansas appeared to be a failure. With a little bit of luck and a lot of help from Susan that quickly changed. We not only found our retirement home on the way back to the office, we learned a lot about ourselves as well. The rest of the process included long distance financing and closing which went very smoothly with Susan’s help.

Wow! What a Great Realtor.
We were looking at a FSBO home that seemed to be overpriced. A good friend told us that we really should have "Buyer Representation" when making any real estate purchase. Our friend recommended that we call Susan. What great advice that turned out to be. Susan negotiated with the Seller and eventually we signed the contract for almost $60,000 less than what the Seller was asking. Susan was a great example for me as a young woman looking to start my own business. She showed respect, patience and understanding with all parties involved. Words cannot adequately express my appreciation for your help in finding a house. Our search was long and tedious. You stood us throughout the entire process. Your professionalism was above reproach.
You always had our best interest in mind. You did not hesitate to point out the good, the bad and the ugly. There were times that you could have easily not spoken up and let us get into a venture we would have regretted later, but you did not let that happen. There were times that you could have given up and walked away, but you did not.
During this entire process from the very beggining search to the final closing day you were always there for us. You gave us great advice, you encouraged us and you coached us through the entire process. I cannot thank you enough for all you did to help us find the right house. At one point you stated "if you are not happy, I'm not happy". Those words spoke volume to me. I knew right then we found the right person.
